Ushers do so much more than just pass around the offering plate (or basket in our case) each week. They are the men who serve by doing what may seem to be the mundane, but that which is vital to our church running smoothly. They are those who give you the weekly bulletin, collecting the tithes and offering, pass out the communion, among other tasks.
