Rick Sinclair has been the senior pastor of Christian Fellowship Center since 1982. He has a heart for families and generation building, desiring to integrate people from all stages in life into ministry. With a passion for church planting Pastor Rick has helped to spearhead the planting of four churches in St. Lawrence County, and looks forward to the continued growth afforded in church planting and multi-site church strategies. He and his wife Darlene live in Madrid, New York. They have nine children and are excited to see them all serving the Lord passionately.

Mike Tomford serves as the associate pastor of CFC. As college students in the 1980s, he and his wife Judy came to know the Lord and were greatly impacted by the ministry of this church. After graduating from seminary in 1994, he joined the staff of Christian Fellowship Center. Known for his loyalty and servanthood, Pastor Mike is the director of Christian Fellowship Academy, a homeschool enrichment program that serves 200 students representing 13 area churches. Mike and Judy homeschool their five sons and live in Lisbon, New York.

After being our college minister for two years, Daniel recently was ordained and joined the pastoral team of CFC. His passion is to see young men and women come to know Jesus Christ in a personal way, and to devote their lives to the cause of the King. Daniel grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he was on staff at Word and Worship Fellowship for five years. Daniel is also one of the worship leaders at CFC, and is involved in the training of musicians for the worship team. He resides in Madrid, NY with his wife, Brietta, and their four children, Gabriel, Bronwyn, Jackson and Aubrey.

As a teenager, Bob was radically converted and transformed by Jesus’ love. His desire to spread Christ’s love has led him and his family to live overseas at times. At other times, this desire has motivated him to lead home/bible study/cell groups, partake in street evangelism, college ministry, ministry to the poor and mission’s outreaches, as well as speaking and teaching at conferences and various churches. Most recently he helped start the ESL outreach to international students, which others have since taken over and expanded. He has a strong desire to see God’s people abide in Christ’s love and apply His word to their lives and spread His love around to others.

Ben and Cathie Deschaine are both Clarkson Graduates who were greatly impacted by the ministry of Christian Fellowship Center in their college years in the mid-80’s. They have been attending CFC since 1990 as a married couple who gleaned much from the strong family focus at the church. They have been involved in Youth Ministry for many years and serve in the Hospitality and Men’s cell ministries. Ben presently works as a engineer at a industrial plant and Cathie is a stay at home mom who invests in their family and homeschools their five children.
